How do I add my digital card to my wallet?

Simply press on the button below that will take you to a form to download your digital Membership Card to your Google or Apple Wallet.
PLEASE NOTE – Android uses please ensure you have downloaded and logged in to your Google Wallet prior to completing the form.
Can I download the card to my wallet if I don’t own an iPhone?

All Apple & Android devices can download the digital membership card to their Google or Apple wallet, if the device mobile number is linked to their membership.
I have downloaded my card, although I can’t see it in my wallet app?

Try downloading your card again. You may have missed the ‘Add Card to Wallet’ icon. If you have an Android device, you may have multiple Google accounts enabled. View your wallet account settings & check if your card has been added to another Google account.
Why can’t I see my Senpos/IGT Reward points?

Please head to the Collegians Membership Portal and check that your details are updated & membership is financial: Collegians – Daily Press Membership Portal
If all information is correct & you are still unable to view your points, please call (02) 4229 7711 for assistance.
Why can’t I download my digital membership card?

Ensure that your current mobile number has been added to your Collegians membership.
This can be updated from home through our membership portal: Collegians – Daily Press Membership Portal
Please note – your membership will update end of trade. Please try again any time after start of trade next day and your details should automatically update. If you continue having issues please email us enquiries@collegians.com.au or visit your local Collegians.
