COVID SAFE CHECK-IN

Current Rules & Restrictions that apply to Collegians venues from Friday 18th February 2022.

HELP US KEEP YOU SAFE

We continue to work to ensure our community remains safe and ask that you assist us by following the direction of our managers & staff.

For the safety of our staff, members & guests during the busy holiday trading period double vaccination remains a requirement of entry until the 28th February. All members & guests over the age of 16 will be required to show their Covid Vaccination Certificate upon entry to the club.

CURRENT RESTRICTIONS STILL APPLY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • All staff are double vaccinated
  • All members & guests must be fully vaccinated upon entry to the club & show a valid Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate.
  • Sanitisation unit are available at various locations through all Collegians venues.

SIGN-IN PROCESS

Collegians will continue utilising the following sign in process:

All members & guests will be required to sign in with our internal sign-in system by either showing & scanning their licence as a visitor or swiping their membership card upon entry to Collegians venues.

SHOW YOUR VACCINATION CERTIFICATE 

In order to ensure the continued safety of Collegians staff & members Double Vaccination remains a condition of entry until 28th February 2022.

All patrons over the age of 16 are still required to show a Government issued vaccination certificate.

WHERE TO FIND YOUR VACCINATION CERTIFICATE:

If you’re eligible for Medicare

You can add your COVID-19 digital certificate to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay using either:

  • the Express Plus Medicare mobile app
  • your Medicare online account through myGov using a browser on your device.

If you’re using the Express Plus Medicare mobile app:

  1. Select View proof from Services.
  2. Select View history.
  3. Select your name, then View COVID-19 digital certificate.
  4. Select either Add to Apple Wallet or Save to phone for Google Pay.

If you’re using your Medicare online account through myGov:

  1. Sign in to your myGov account using a browser on your device.
  2. Select Medicare.
  3. Select View proof in Proof of vaccination.
  4. Select View history.
  5. Select your name.
  6. Select either Add to Apple Wallet or Save to phone for Google Pay.

If you’re using an iOS device, you can use the Safari or Chrome browsers. If you’re using an Android device, you need to use the Chrome browser.

If you’re not eligible for Medicare

You can add your COVID-19 digital certificate to your digital wallet using the Individual Healthcare Identifiers service (IHI service) through myGov.

If you’re using the IHI service through myGov:

  1. Sign in to your myGov account using a browser on your device.
  2. Select Individual Healthcare Identifiers service.
  3. Select View immunisation history on the Immunisation history tile.
  4. Select either Add to Apple Wallet or Save to phone for Google Pay.

If you’re using an iOS device, you can use either the Safari or Chrome browsers. If you’re using an Android device, you need to use the Chrome browser.
