SIGN IN PROCESS - USEFUL TOOLS & INSTRUCTIONS.

SIGN IN WITH SERVICE NSW QR
In addition to our regular sign-in process all staff, members, guests & contractors will be required to sign in through the Service NSW app.

We recommend that all Staff Members & Visitors to any Collegians venues download the Service NSW app.

Once the app. is downloaded and you login with your Service NSW account details checking in is as easy as:

  1. In the app, select ‘COVID Safe Check-in’
  2. Follow the prompts
  3. Show a staff member that you’ve signed in.

DON’T HAVE A SERVICE NSW ACCOUNT?

Visit https://account.service.nsw.gov.au/ and you will have the opportunity to create an account.

DON’T HAVE A COMPATIBLE PHONE?

If your phone isn’t compatible with the Service NSW app. please see one of our friendly staff and check-in using the Service NSW Guests Sign in available within each of our venues.

PLEASE NOTE:

You will still be required to sign in as a guest or member at any of our venues through our Infosign Terminals. The Service NSW is an additional step to ensure we’re helping keep our community safe.

SHOW YOUR VACCINATION CERTIFICATE 

In accordance with the NSW Public Health Order Collegians  will be restricted to allowing only those patrons who have received both Covid-19 vaccinations.

If you’re eligible for Medicare

You can add your COVID-19 digital certificate to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay using either:

  • the Express Plus Medicare mobile app
  • your Medicare online account through myGov using a browser on your device.

If you’re using the Express Plus Medicare mobile app:

  1. Select View proof from Services.
  2. Select View history.
  3. Select your name, then View COVID-19 digital certificate.
  4. Select either Add to Apple Wallet or Save to phone for Google Pay.

If you’re using your Medicare online account through myGov:

  1. Sign in to your myGov account using a browser on your device.
  2. Select Medicare.
  3. Select View proof in Proof of vaccination.
  4. Select View history.
  5. Select your name.
  6. Select either Add to Apple Wallet or Save to phone for Google Pay.

If you’re using an iOS device, you can use the Safari or Chrome browsers. If you’re using an Android device, you need to use the Chrome browser.

If you’re not eligible for Medicare

You can add your COVID-19 digital certificate to your digital wallet using the Individual Healthcare Identifiers service (IHI service) through myGov.

If you’re using the IHI service through myGov:

  1. Sign in to your myGov account using a browser on your device.
  2. Select Individual Healthcare Identifiers service.
  3. Select View immunisation history on the Immunisation history tile.
  4. Select either Add to Apple Wallet or Save to phone for Google Pay.

If you’re using an iOS device, you can use either the Safari or Chrome browsers. If you’re using an Android device, you need to use the Chrome browser.

CURRENT COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS STILL IN PLACE:

CURRENT RESTRICTIONS STILL APPLY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • All staff, members & guests must be fully vaccinated upon entry to the club & show a valid Covid-19 Certificate.
  • Capacity limits apply based on maximum of 1 person per 4m2
  • 1 person per 2min outdoor areas
  • 1 person per 4m2 in indoor areas
  • Sanitise your hands upon entry into the venue, sanitisation unit are available at various locations through all Collegians venues.
  • Masks must be worn upon entry into the club, and all times while indoors (except when eating or drinking). Masks are not required outdoors.
  • In indoor areas, patrons must remain seated at all times.
  • 1.5m distancing still applies & co-mingling is t0 be minimised.
