Members are advised that the Annual General Meeting of Collegians Rugby League Football Club will be held on:

Agenda:

Welcome and apologies.

  1. To receive and consider the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Club held on 28 October 2024.
  2. To receive and consider for the financial year ending 30 June 2025:
    • The financial report of the Club;
    • The directors’ report;
    • The auditor’s report.
  3. To declare the results of the ballot for the election of directors.
  4. To consider and if thought fit pass the three Ordinary Resolutions set out below.
  5. To consider and if thought fit pass a Special Resolution set out below.

All financial members are invited to attend. Your continued support and involvement are vital in shaping the future of our Club.
